Pizza Recipes
Explore the dinosaur's yummy recipes!

Friday nights were our family pizza and a movie night from the time our kids were little into their teen years. We looked forward to it every week. Some nights were take-out and other nights we ventured into making our own pizzas. They were individual sizes so that each child put the amount of sauce, cheese, and their toppings of choice. Getting the table (and ourselves) a little messy was part of the fun! Ok, maybe it wasn’t so “little” messy : ) but it was definitely fun and we created memories that hold dear to us to this day. Here’s to your family creating special memories!

Side note: The dinosaurs discovered that for most pizzas around the world, a pizza peel and a pizza stone are helpful to cook a pizza.  If you don't have a pizza peel or stone, a small/medium cast iron skillet can bake a pizza, and in some cases a strong baking sheet will work. Also, semolina flour is a favorite to use as a flour to cook the dough on; the pizza slides off more easily after it is cooked.
